Subject: Revision of allocation of Shri U.S. Kushwaha, Sub-Engineer, Department of Water Resources from the State of Chhattisgarh to the State of Madhya Pradesh.
Sir,
I am directed to state that a representation received from Shri U.S. Kushwaha, Sub-Engineer, Department of Water Resources for revision of his State allocation from the State of Chhattisgarh to the State of Madhya Pradesh, on the ground of medical hardship, has been considered by the Central Government. As Shri U.S. Kushwaha’s case is covered under the existing procedural guidelines, the Central Government, with the approval of the Competent Authority, has decided to accede to his request and accordingly, revises his State allocation from the State of Chhattisgarh to the State of Madhya Pradesh.
- The State Government of Madhya Pradesh is requested to issue further order in this regard under intimation to the Central Government. Veracity of this order may be verified from the website of this Department i.e. persmin.nic.in → DOPT → State Re-organization → Recent Orders → Madhya Pradesh.
