This decision aligns with the government’s policy on medical hardship, specifically addressing Shri Madan Prasad’s heart condition. The previous allocation order has been modified to reflect this change. Relevant parties, including the State Advisory Committee and Shri Madan Prasad himself, have been informed of this decision and requested to acknowledge receipt.

Subject:- Compliance of the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Patna – revision allocation of Shri Madan Prasad, Prashakha Padakhikari, Jal Sansadhan Vibhag from Jharkhand to Bihar regarding.
Sir,
In compliance with the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Patna in C.W.J.C. No.5109/2005 dated 12.2.2007, I am directed to refer to representation of Shri Madan Prasad for revision of allocation from Jharkhand to Bihar under medical grounds. Based on the comments of the State Advisory Committee, the Central Government has decided to revise his allocation from State of Jharkhand to Bihar since Shri Madan Prasad being a heart patient, as per policy on medical hardship. To this extant the final allocation order issued vide order No.14(Jha)/2005 dated 5.4.2005 is modified.
2. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter and suitably inform Shri Madan Prasad of the decision of the Central Government.
