Subject:- Compliance of the direction of Hon’ble High Court of Patna in C.W.J.C. No.5054/2008, dated 14.05.2008 revision allocation of Shri Lalan Prasad, Prakhand Krishi Padadhikari, Krishi Vibhag from Jharkhand to Bihar regarding.
Sir,
I am directed to refer the subject mentioned above and to say that the Hon’ble High Court directed the State Advisory Committee to consider the representation of Shri Lalan Prasad afresh and pass appropriate order.
2. Accordingly in compliance with the directions of Hon’ble High Court of Patna in C.W.J.C. No.5054/2008, dated 14.05.2008, the State Advisory Committee, Bihar reconsidered the fresh representation of Shri Lalan Prasd for allocation of his State cadre and recommended for the revision of his allocation from Jharkhand to Bihar under spouse policy.
3. The recommendation of the State Advisory Committee has been accepted by the Central Government and allocation of State cadre of Shri Lalan Prasad has been revised from the State of Jharkhand to the State of Bihar. To this effect the final allocation order issued vide order No.53(Jha)/2006 dated 17.03.2006 is deemed to be modified accordingly.4. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter and suitably inform Shri Lalan Prasad about the decision of the Central Government.
