This communication details the revision of Shri Vikram Kalundia’s state cadre allocation from Bihar to Jharkhand. Following directions from the Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand and a recommendation from the State Advisory Committee, Bihar, Shri Kalundia’s fresh representation for allocation to Jharkhand was accepted. Consequently, the Central Government has approved the revision, and the initial allocation order from 2005 is now considered modified to reflect this change. The letter requests acknowledgment of receipt and for the decision to be communicated to Shri Kalundia.

Subject:- Compliance of the directions of Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand in W.P. No.2496/2005, dated 14.06.2005 – revision allocation of Shri Vikram Kalundia, Excise Clerk of Department of Excise \& Prohibition, Bihar Government.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that in compliance with the directions of Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand in W.P. No.2496/2005, dated 14.06.2005 the State Advisory Committee, Bihar reconsidered the fresh representation of Shri Kalundia in its meeting held on 24.06.2010 for allocation of his State cadre and recommended for the revision of his allocation from Bihar to Jharkhand on the basis of his option for Jharkhand State.
2. The recommendation of the State Advisory Committee has been accepted by the Central Government and allocation of State cadre of Shri Vikram Kalundia has been revised from the State of Bihar to the State of Jharkhand. To this effect the final allocation order of the petitioner issued vide order No.7(B)/2005 dated 28.02.2005 is deemed to be modified accordingly.
3. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter and suitably inform Shri Vikram Kalundia about the decision of the Central Government.
