Sir,
I am directed to state that a representation received from Smt. Nutan Sinha, Guide
(presently posted as Senior Technical Asstt. Archeology), Department of Art, Culture,
Sports & Youth Affairs, Government of Bihar, for revision of her state allocation from
the State of Bihar to the State of Jharkhand, on the ground of medical hardship (suffering
from cancer), has been considered by the Central Government. As Smt. Nutan Sinha’s
case is covered under the existing procedural guidelines and also in the light of the fact
that both the State Governments have expressed their “No objection” to such revision, the
Central Government, with the approval of the Competent Authority, has decided to
accede to her request and accordingly, revises her state allocation from the State of Bihar
to the State of Jharkhand.
- The State Government of Bihar is requested to issue further order in this regard
under intimation to the Central Government. Veracity of this order may be verified from
the website of this Department i.e. persmin.nic.in → DOPT → State Re-organization →
