Subject:- Compliance of the direction of Hon’ble High Court of Patna – revision allocation of Shri Dev Narayan Ram, Arakshi Nirikshak, Grah Vibhag from Jharkhand to Bihar regarding.

In compliance with the direction of Hon’ble High Court of Patna in L.P.A. No.762/2005, I am directed to say that the State Advisory Committee, Bihar ${ }_{\text {h. }}$ recommended for revision of allocation of Shri Dev Narayan Ram from Jharkhand to Bihar vide letter No. K.Ko.Vidhi-01/2006 212 dated 14.5. 2008 by considering his option for allocation to the state of Bihar. The recommendation of the State Advisory Committee has been acceopted by the Central Government and decided to revise his allocation from State of Jharkhand to Bihar. To this effect the final allocation order issued vide order No.03(Jha)/2005 dated 27.2.2005 is modified.
2. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter and suitably inform Shri Dev Narayan Ram of the decision of the Central Government.
