The Central Government has accepted the recommendation of the State Advisory Committee to revise the allocation of Shri Hemkant Jha, previously from Jharkhand to Bihar. I am directed to refer the subject mentioned above and to say that the Hon’ble High Court directed the State Advisory Committee to consider the representation of Shri Jha while deciding the allocation.
- Accordingly In compliance with the directions of Hon’ble High Court of Patna in C.W.J.C. No.6038/2007 dated 28.11.2007, the State Advisory Committee, Bihar reconsidered the allocation of State cadre recommended for revision of allocation of Shri Hemkant Jha from Jharkhand to Bihar on the basis his option for the State of Bihar.

The recommendation of the State Advisory Committee has been accepted by the Central Government and allocation of state cadre of Shri Hemkant Jha has been revised from the State of Jharkhand to Bihar. To this effect the final allocation order issued vide order No.90(Jha)/2006 dated 04.01.2007 deemed to be modified accordingly.
