This decision follows a recommendation from the State Advisory Committee, which considered Smt. Indubala’s representation for this revision based on the spouse policy. Smt. Indubala is an Assistant in the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms. I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that the State Advisory Committee, considered the representation of Smt. Indubala in its meeting held on 06.06.2011 for revision of her allocation from Jhrkhand to Bihar and recommended for revision of her final allocation to Bihar under spouse policy.
2. The recommendation of the State Advisory Committee has been accepted by the Central Government and final allocation of Smt. Indubala is hereby revised from the State of Jharkhand to the State of Bihar.
3. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter and suiiably inform Smt. Indubala about the decision of the Central Government.
