Subject:- Decision on the representation of Shri Umesh Kumar Sinha,
Deputy Director keeping in view of the judgement dated
01.06.2007 in C.W.J.C. No.15042/2006, Vs. State of Bihar and
others in Patna High Court.

Sir,

I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that
keeping in view the judgement dated 01.06.2007 of Hon’ble High Court of Patna in
C.W.J.C. No.15042/2006, the State Advisory Committee, Bihar considered the
representation of Shri Umesh Kumar Sinha in its meeting held on 06.06.2011 and
recommended for the revision of his allocation from Jharkhand to Bihar under the
guidelines for allocation of SC/ST employees.

1. The recommendation of the State Advisory Committee has been
   accepted by the Central Government and accordingly the allocation of Shri
   Umesh Kumar Sinha stands revised from Jharkhand to Bihar under SC/ST policy.

2. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter and suitably inform Shri
   Umesh Kumar Sinha about the decision of the Central Government.
