Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that the State Advisory Committee, Bihar considered the representation of Shri Ranbir Prasad in its meeting held on 29.11.2011 for re-allocation of his State cadre and recommended for the revision of his allocation from Jharkhand to Bihar under medical hardship policy as he is suffering from more than $40 \%$ physical handicap
2. The recommendations of the State Advisory Committee has been accepted by the Central Government and allocation of State cadre of Shri Ranbir Prasad is hereby revised from the State of Jharkhand to the State of Bihar. The name of Shri Ranbir Prasad deemed to be deleted from the allocation list of Jharkhand State and consequently included in the list of allocation list of Bihar State.
3. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter and suitably inform Shri Ranbir Prasad about the decision of the Central Government and intiate further necessary action for retaining him in the State of Bihar.
4.
