Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that the State Advisory Committee, Bihar considered the representation of Shri Pankaj Kumar in its meeting held on 29.11.2011 for final allocation of his State cadre and recommended for final allocation to the State of Jharkhand as per existing policy/guidelines for allocation to the State employee.
- The recommendations of the State Advisory Committee has been accepted by the Central Government and Shri Pankaj Kumar is hereby allocated to the State of Jharkhand.

Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter and suitably inform Shri Pankaj Kumar about the decision of the Central Government.
