This corrigendum clarifies the allocation of Shri Sunil Kumar Sinha, an Assistant in the Department of Finance. Previously, an order from February 20, 2007, showed his name as allocated to the State of Jharkhand. However, a meeting of the State Advisory Committee, Bihar on July 9, 2012, considered his representation. It has been determined that Shri Sunil Kumar Sinha (DOB 24.01.63) was already allocated to the State of Bihar. Therefore, his name has been deleted from the Jharkhand allocation order and confirmed as allocated to Bihar, maintaining his pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000. This correction is accepted by the Central Government and has been issued by the Ministry of Personnel, P.G. and Pensions.

CORRIGENDUM
State Advisory Committee, Bihar in its meeting held on 09.07.2012 considered the representation of Shri Sunil Kumar Sinha, Assistant, Department of Finance and recommended that his name shown at Sr. No. 928 as Shri Sunil Kumar Sinha (DOB 24.01.63), Assistant in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000 in this Department’s order No. 85(Jha)/2007 dated $20^{\text {th }}$ February, 2007 as allocated to the State of Jharkhand may be deleted as he has already been allocated to the State of Bihar (Sr. No. 1636) of this Department’s final allocation order No. 85(Bi)/2007 dated 20th February, 2007.
2. The recommendation of the State Advisory Committee, Bihar has been accepted by the Central Government and name of Shri Sunil Kumar Sinha, Assistant (DOB 24.01.63) may be treated as deleted from order No. 85(Jha)/2007 dated $20^{\text {th }}$ February, 2007 as he has already been allocated to Bihar vide Sr. No. 1636 of this Department’s final allocation order No. 85(Bi)/2007 dated 20th February, 2007 in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000.
