This order, issued under the AP Reorganisation Act, 2014, allocates State Cadre employees of the Law Department (Private Secretary to Secretary category) to either Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. These employees were working for the Government of Andhra Pradesh prior to June 2, 2014, and their allocation is based on recommendations from an Advisory Committee. The effective date for this allocation is June 2, 2014. The order specifies that it will not be effective for individuals who have obtained a court ‘stay order’ against their allocation. Furthermore, any person not yet allocated will continue in their current state until a formal allocation order is issued. The order is addressed to the Chief Secretaries and Law/General Administration Secretaries of both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments.

The Government of India, drawing powers conferred under Section 77 (2) of the AP Reorganisation Act, 2014, hereby allocates all the State Cadre employees of the Law (Sec Department), Department of Law, in the category of Private Secretary to Secretary, who, immediately before 02.06 .2014 , were working in connection with the affairs of Government of Andhra Pradesh and have been recommended for allocation to Andhra Pradesh / Telangana by the Advisory Committee vide Lr. No.13472/SRI/A1/2015-23 dated 19.07.2016, to the respective states, with effect from 02.06 .2014 . The names of the employees allocated to AP \& TS (alongwith date of birth) are as under:

Telangana
- A Vijaya Simha (10.06.1961)
- Provided that this order will not come into effect in respect of any person who has obtained ‘stay order’ from a Court of Law against his allocation to any of the Successor State, till the time such stay order is vacated.
- Provided further that any person who has not been allocated under Section 77 (2) of the AP Reorganisation Act, 2014, shall continue to work in his present State, till allocation order is passed by the Government of India as per the recommendations of the Advisory Committee in accordance with the extant rules.
