This corrigendum addresses modifications to the list of employees allocated to Telangana, as per Order No. 10(3)/2017. Specifically, the final allocation of Dr. M. Vijaya Kumar has been withheld due to an interim stay granted by the High Court of Hyderabad concerning his wife’s allocation under ‘spouse criteria’. Consequently, Dr. M. Vijaya Kumar’s name has been removed from the list of employees allocated to Telangana, despite its inadvertent inclusion.

CORRIGENDUM
Reference: Order No. 10(3)/2017 dated 25.01.2017 (alongwith the Annexure I & II) issued F.No.29/24/2016-SR(S).
With reference to the above order the following modifications are made in the list of the employees allocated to Telangana i.e. Annexure-II to the above referred order:

The Competent Authority had approved for withholding the final allocation of Dr. M.Vijaya Kumar (17-01-1961) due to ‘interim stay’ granted by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad on allocation of his wife Dr. R Andalu and their claim for preferential allocation under ‘spouse criteria’. However, inadvertently his name was included in the list of the employees allocated to Telangana which is hereby deleted from the list.
