ORDER
Shri Lallu Singh Bhadoriya, Fireman in the undivided State of Uttar Pradesh, was dismissed from service on 15.12. 1997 i.e. prior to bifurcation of the State into Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand on 09.11.2000 and was reinstated in service on 15.12.2012 with all consequential benefits, by the Government of Successor State of Uttarakhand, in compliance of the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand in WP No.2008/2011 consequent upon his acquittal by the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand in Cr. Appeal No.1394/2001 (Old No.536/1994).
2. In compliance of the directions of Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand in its order dated 30.11.2019 in WPSB No.464/2019 filed by Shri Lallu Singh Bhadoriya, the representation dated 02.12.2019 submitted by Shri Bhadoriya for his allocation to the State of Uttarakhand has been considered with due regard to the information provided by the Successor States of Government of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
3. Now, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 73(2) of the Uttar Pradesh Reorganization Act 2000, the Central Government hereby directs that Shri Lallu Singh Bhadoriya, Fireman, shall be considered finally allocated to the Successor State of Uttarakhand with effect from 09.11.2000.
