4. Pending cases of allocation of employees.
a. Allocation of Sri Madhava Rao and Sri Shaik Anwar Basha, Commandants, APSPF.
It was decided to recommend to Government of India the allocation of Sri Madhava Rao and Sri Shaik Anwar Basha Commandants, APSPF to Telangana State.b. Allocation of Doctors of Medical Education.
It was decided that the proposal for allocation of 4 Doctors, viz., Dr. R. Andallu, Asso. Prof. of OBG, Dr. I Sreelakshmi, Asso. Prof. of Pathology, Dr. S. Nagamani, Asso. Prof. of OBG & Dr. M. Vijay Kumar, Prof. in TB&CD and notional allocation of 3 retired Doctors viz., Dr. M. Vasudev Murali, Asso. Prof. of Pediatrics, Dr. K. Venkata Subba Rao, Asso. Prof. of Pediatrics and Dr. J. Mayurnath Reddy, Prof. in Psychiatry of Medical Education be deferred till the SLP’s filed in the Hon’ble Supreme Court attain finality.
c. Allocation of Doctors of Director of Health.
It was decided that the proposal for allocation of 3 Doctors viz., Dr. G. Triveni, Dr. M. Praveen and Dr. G. Madhuri, Civil Assistant Surgeons of Director of Health be deferred till the SLP’s filed in the Hon’ble Supreme Court attain finality.
d. Status on Allocation of Assistant Commissioner of Labour of O/o. Commissioner of Labour.
Noted.
e. Notional allocation of Late Sri N. Michael, Driver, District Gazetteers Department.
It was decided to recommend to Government of India the notional allocation of Late Sri N. Michael, Driver, District Gazetteers Department to Telangana State.
