Sir,
I am directed to refer to the minutes of the meeting of the State Advisory Committee, Bihar held on 28.02.2017 at Patna circulated vide letter No. 05/2017/12 dated 08.05.2017 of O/o State Advisory Committee (SAC), Bihar (copy enclosed).
- It may be brought to your kind notice that on receipt of Recommended Final Allocation Lists (RFALs), it has been found that final allocation of 3 employees was recommended on the basis of the wrong information placed before the Committee during the meeting. Therefore, the O/o the SAC was requested to re-check/re-verify the place of posting where the employees retired while serving last. It has been confirmed by O/o SAC vide its letter dated 22.05.2017. Moreover, date of retirement/death in respect of 3 other employees was also wrongly mentioned in the minutes which has also been corrected in accordance with RFAL.

Accordingly, minutes are hereby modified and a corrigendum dated 06.06.2017 is enclosed to the Secretary to the Government of India.
