This document details the proceedings of the 11th Committee meeting held on July 3, 2009, chaired by JS(A&AT&SR). The meeting was convened to address representations from two Head Constables, Shri Rajendra Singh Sikarwar and Shri Narain Lal Kushwaha, concerning their personnel allocations. These representations followed a Contempt Petition filed in the Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh due to delayed consideration within the stipulated four months. The Committee reviewed the cases based on the guidelines for non-state cadre personnel allocation, which mandates allocation to the state where they were working on the appointed day of November 1, 2000. Both petitioners were found to have been working in Chhattisgarh on the appointed day, and their allocation to the state was deemed in accordance with the guidelines. Consequently, the Committee recommended the rejection of their representations. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks.
