The Central Government has approved a minor modification to the guidelines for the final allocation of State Cadre Employees, excluding AIS Officers, under the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2014. This modification allows for the final notification of cadre strength to be issued after the tentative final allocation list of personnel has been notified. Furthermore, the State Governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are instructed to issue relieving orders for employees who have no objections, as per the Tentative Allocation List. This process must be completed within the stipulated timeframe, and the names of relieved employees should be included in the Final List. This approval will amend paragraph 19 (vii) of the existing guidelines, and a corrigendum will be issued accordingly.
