This is in continuation to this department letter of even number dated 27.03.2015 circulating therein the revised guidelines for allocation of employees between Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. In this regard it is clarified that employees serving in Class-III and IV posts of different department of the State Government (as on appointed day i.e. 09.11.2000) shall only be eligible for benefit under the revised guidelines (eligibility criteria). This has reference to the discussions held in the Advisory Committee meeting held on 17.08.2015.
This may be brought to the notice of all concerned.
