Extension of Advisory Committee Tenure for Bifurcation of Posts and Personnel between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 80 of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014 and in continuation of the order issued vide even number dated 29.03.2014, the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of the Advisory Committee for bifurcation of posts and personnel other than All India Services, between the successor States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana upto 15.10.2015, with the revised composition of the Committee as under:

2. The Committee should complete the entire exercise in next 8 months as per the time-table enclosed at Annexure-I. Further, the Committee should submit quarterly reports on progress attained, by 30.04 .2015 and 31.07 .2015 with respect to the prescribed time limits.
3. The other terms of reference of the Advisory Committee shall remain same.
