The Central Government has extended the tenure of the Advisory Committee responsible for the bifurcation of posts and personnel between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This committee, chaired by Shri C. R. Kamalanathan, will now continue its work until March 31, 2016. The composition and terms of reference for the committee remain unchanged. The order was issued by the Department of Personnel & Training under the powers granted by the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014, building upon a previous order dated March 9, 2015. The order also specifies the members of the committee and lists those to whom the information should be copied for their attention.

ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 80 of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014 and in continuation of the order issued vide even number dated 09.03.2015, the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of the Advisory Committee for bifurcation of posts and personnel (other than All India Services), between the successor States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, under the Chairmanship of Shri C. R. Kamalanathan, upto 31.03.2016
- The composition and terms of reference of the Advisory Committee shall remain the same.
