In exercise of powers conferred by Section 76 of the Uttar Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2000, and in continuation of this Department’s Order of even number dt. 10.06.2009, the Government of India hereby extends the terms of Shri S. A. T. Rizvi, IAS(Retd.) (UP-1965), as the Chairman of the State Advisory Committee, U.P., to assist the Central Government in discharging its functions with regard to the allocation matters of the State Government employees of the erstwhile State of Uttar Pradesh, other than All India Services, for a further period of three months, w.e.f. 01.01.2010 till 31.03.2010, on the existing terms and conditions of his appointment.
