This document is a “Most-Immediate” notification regarding a mandatory training session for Nodal Officers of Public Authorities. The training is scheduled to take place on March 8th, 2017, at CSOI, Vinay Marg, New Delhi, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The purpose of this training is to ensure the alignment of these officers with the RTI Online Portal. A meeting was held on March 2nd, 2017, chaired by Dr. Devesh Chaturvedi, Joint Secretary (DoPT), to discuss the training with representatives from various Ministries and Departments. The notification reiterates that Nodal Officers who have not yet been aligned with the portal must attend this session. Ministries and Departments are urged to ensure all their respective Nodal Officers attend to meet the target of aligning all Public Authorities with the portal.

Subject: Training of Nodal Officers of the Public Authorities for alignment with RTI Online Portal scheduled to be held on $8^{\text {th }}$ March, 2017 at CSOI, Vinay Marg, New Delhi from 11.00AM to 2.00 PM.
Please refer to the meeting held on 2.3.2017 under the chairmanship of Dr. Devesh Chaturvedi, Joint Secretary(DoPT) with the representatives of Ministries/Departments regarding imparting training of Nodal officers for alignment with the RTI online Portal.
2. As informed in the meeting, the Nodal Officers of Public Authorities (PAs) who have not been aligned so far (as per list attached) may attend the training on $8^{\text {th }}$ March, 2017 at CSOI, Vinay Marg, New Delhi from 11.00 AM to 2.000 PM.
3. It is again requested that the concerned Ministry/Department may ensure that all Nodal Officers of the concerned PAs under their administrative control may attend the training so that target of alignment of all Public Authorities would be met.
