A new online system has been launched by the Directorate of Estates to provide Provisional Demand Certificates for licence fee recoveries from GPRA allottees. This system, accessible via the Directorate’s website, allows allottees to view their licence fee payment history from the date of occupation until the surrender of their government accommodation. Each allottee has been assigned a unique AAN number for this purpose. Any discrepancies found in their records can be rectified by directly contacting their DDO or the Directorate. This initiative aims to ensure accurate updates of licence fee recovery data.

Subject :- Introduction of Provisional Demand Certificate of Licence fee Recoveries in respect of the Allottees of GPRA.
A programme of online Provisional Demand Certificate is available on the website of Directorate of Estates for all the Allottees of GPRA, to view their online postings of Licence fee recoveries made by their DDOs, from the date of occupation of quarter till surrender of the Govt. Accommodation. Each Allottee has been already allotted a unique AAN number which can be used for this purpose. In case of any discrepancies in their record, the allottee may contact directly their DDO or this Directorate on any working day, for rectification. This shall ensure an accurate updation of data of Licence fee recovery of allottees.
