This office order from the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions details the retention policy for applications submitted for the posts of Administrative Member and Judicial Member in the Central Administrative Tribunal. Applications from candidates who were not shortlisted will be kept for three years from December 31st of the year the vacancy relates to. OFFICE ORDER
It has been decided to retain applications of candidates for the post of Administrative Member and Judicial Member in the Central Administrative Tribunal in the following manners:-
(i) Applications of candidates not shortlisted by the Selection Committee shall be retained for three years from the $31^{\text {st }}$ December of the year to which vacancy pertains and such applications received;
(ii) Applications of shortlisted candidates shall be retained till the file concerning such selection is retained.
2. This has approval of Secretary (Personnel).
