Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Hindi Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015

C

New recruitment rules have been established for Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Hindi Posts within the Central Administrative Tribunal, superseding the 1989 rules for Hindi Translators. These rules, effective upon publication, detail the number of posts, their classification, pay scales, and the methods of recruitment, which include direct recruitment, promotion, and deputation. Specific age limits, qualifications, and disqualifications for candidates are outlined. The rules also provide provisions for relaxing certain conditions and preserving existing reservations and concessions for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and Ex-servicemen. The schedule provides detailed information on posts like Assistant Director (Official Language), Senior Translator, and Junior Translator, including their pay bands, eligibility criteria for promotion and deputation, and the composition of departmental promotion committees. For deputation, specific experience and educational qualifications are required, along with age limits and period of deputation restrictions. The rules also clarify how service rendered prior to January 1, 2006, is accounted for regarding pay structure recommendations.
