ACC Directives on Inter-Cadre Deputation for IPS Officer Shri Udaya Bhaskar Billa

In a significant development concerning civil services, a proposal for the inter-cadre deputation of IPS officer Shri Udaya Bhaskar Billa, batch 2008, from the Jammu & Kashmir cadre to the Andhra Pradesh cadre, is currently under review. Subject: ACC directives- Inter-cadre deputation of Shri Udaya Bhaskar Billa, IPS (J\&K:2008) from Jammu Kashmir cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre.

While considering the subject proposal in the ACC, the Competent Authority has directed to request that a Committee with the following composition may be constituted for consideration of inter-cadre deputation of IPS officer in relaxation of existing guidelines:
(i) Secretary, Department of Personnel \& Training – Chairman
(ii) Establishment Officer \& Additional Secretary – Member
(iii) Additional Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs – Member
2. Accordingly, the subject proposal is returned herewith with the request that the case of inter-cadre deputation of Shri Udaya Bhaskar Billa, IPS(J\&K:2008) from Jammu Kashmir cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre, may be examined and resubmitted for consideration of the ACC, with the recommendation of the aforesaid Committee.
