Extension of Inter-Cadre Deputation for Shri Akash Deep Baruah, IFoS

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has recently approved a pivotal personnel decision, granting an extension for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Akash Deep Baruah. An Indian Forest Service officer from the 1992 batch, previously serving in the Tamil Nadu cadre, will now continue his service within the Assam Cadre for an additional two years. This extension, which was proposed by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, became effective on February 11, 2019, reinforcing administrative arrangements and ensuring continuity in public service.
