The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Department of Personnel \& Training for inter cadre transfer of Ms. Tshering Y Bhutia, IAS(WB:2013) from West Bengal cadre to Bihar cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Anand Sharma, IAS(BH:2013), in compliance of the order dated 30.05.2025 of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in OA No. 750 of 2025.
