I am directed to refer to the O.M.No.100-A.Ar.G(P)/98/Pt-II dated8.4.2010 of Office of the Comtroller and Auditor General on the subject mentioned above.
2. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the empanelment of the following 2 officers for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme:-

- The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet did not approve the empanelment of the following 2 officers-

- The case of Shri Rajinder Chouhan was not taken up as he had less than four years of residual service as on 1.1.2010 as per our new Guidelines.

- The cases of Ms. Praveen Mehta, Shri G.Bhattacharjee and Shri Jayanti Prasad have not been taken up as their dossiers are incomplete.
- The officer onsetam from foreign assignment namely, Shri L.V. Sudhir Kumar would need to eam the required 2 ACRs from his cadre before being eligible for consideration.
