OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Empanelment of Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officers of 1984 batch for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme – (initial).
The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Railways O.M.No.2010/SCC/20/01 dated 24.11.2010 on the subject mentioned above and to state that the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the empanelment of the following 8 officers of 1984 batch of Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme:

- The proposal regarding next batch of Indian Railway Accounts Service i.e., 1985 batch may be sent with following information:
(a) Up to date ACR dossiers of all IRAS officers of 1985 batch including ACR for the period 2009-10.
(b) Grading Chart in soft copy and hard copy in MS-Excel for each officer on a separate sheet for ACR gradings of the last 13 years preceding to and including that of 2009-10 in the format indicated in Annexure-I.
(c) Vigilance clearance with CVC comments.
(d) Gender (Male/Female) and category status (SC/ST/General) of all officers of the batch.
The dossiers of 14 officers mentioned in paras 1, 2 and 3 above are returned herewith, which may be
