This notification announces the President’s acceptance of the immediate resignation of Mrs. Maithili Yera, a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) from the Andhra Pradesh cadre (AP:92). Her resignation is effective immediately as per the terms of Rule 7(2) of the All India Services (Compulsory Retirement) Rules, 1955. The notification is issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, and is dated November 22, 2007.

राष्ट्रपति निदेश देते हैं कि यह मान लिया गया है कि भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा की सदस्य
और मूलत: आन्ध्र प्रदेश संवर्ग (आ.प्र.:92) की श्रीमती मैथिली येरा ने भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा से
अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं (छुट्टी) नियमावली, 1955 के नियम 7(2) की शर्तों के अनुसार तत्काल
प्रभाव से इस्तीफा दे दिया है।
