Approval for Inter Cadre Deputation of Shri Dilip Kumar, IAS

This notification announces the approval for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Dilip Kumar, an Indian Administrative Service officer (PB:95), from Punjab to Bihar for a period of two years. This decision is made in accordance with Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Punjab and Bihar. Copies of this order have been forwarded to relevant authorities, including the Chief Secretaries of Punjab and Bihar, and the Accountant Generals of both states, with specific instructions regarding pay beyond the deputation period. Shri Dilip Kumar is also informed that he will be liable for disciplinary action and break in service if he fails to hand over charge at the end of his deputation period.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Punjab and Bihar, the Central Government hereby accords approval for the inter cadre deputation of Shri Dilip Kumar, IAS (PB:95) from Punjab to Bihar for a period of two years.
