This notification announces the extension of inter-cadre deputation for Shri Khade Nitin Kumar Shivdas, an IAS officer from the Assam-Meghalaya cadre, to the Maharashtra cadre. NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Assam-Meghalaya and Maharashtra, the Central Government hereby accords approval for extension of Inter-cadre deputation of Shri Khade Nitin Kumar Shivdas, IAS(AM:04), from Assam-Meghalaya to Maharashtra Cadre for a further period of two years beyond 17.3.2011 i.e. upto 17.3.2013 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
