This notification, issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, extends the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Khande Nitin Kumar Shivdas (IAS) from the Assam-Meghalaya cadre to the Maharashtra cadre. The extension is for a period of two years, from March 17, 2011, to March 17, 2013, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This decision was made by the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, with the consent of the governments of Assam, Meghalaya, and Maharashtra.

केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और असम मेघालय और महाराष्ट्र की सरकारों की सहमति से, एततद्वारा 17.3.2011 से 17.3.2013 तक, पुन दो वर्षो की अवधि के लिए असम मेघालय से महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग के लिए या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो श्री खांडे नितिन कुमार शिवदास भा०प्रा सेवा(ए एम० 04) को अंतर संवर्ग प्रतिनियुक्ति के विस्तार का अनुमोदन प्रदान करते है।
