भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (पदोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति) विनियमावली, 1955 के विनियम 9 (1) तथा भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (परीवीक्षा) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (भर्ती) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 8(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रपति, चयन सूची वर्ष 2007-क और 2008 हेतु राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से उक्त विनियमावली के विनियम 5(1) के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित रिक्तियों पर संयुक्त एजीएमयूटी संवर्ग (यूटी प्रखड) राज्य सिविल सेवा के निम्नलिखित सदस्यों को भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा में अगले आदेशों तक, परिरीक्षा पर नियुक्त करती है तथा भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5(1) के अंतर्गत संयुक्त एजीएमयूटी संवर्ग (यूटी प्रखड) में उनका आवंटन करती है :-
