In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Sikkim, Haryana and Punjab the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Isha, IAS(SK:09) and Dr. Sumeet Jarangal, IAS(HY:09) from their respective cadres to Punjab Cadre on the ground of marriage.
