This notification announces the transfer of two Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, Ms. Isha (Sikkim: 09) and Dr. Sumit Jarangal (Haryana: 09), to the Punjab cadre. The transfers are based on the provision of Rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and have been approved with the consent of the Sikkim and Haryana governments. The reason cited for the transfer is the officers’ marriage. The notification is issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा सिक्किम, हरियाणा और पंजाब सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, सुश्री ईशा, भा०प्र०से० (सिक्किम: 09) और डॉ० सुमित जारंगल, भा०प्र०से० (हरियाणा: 09) का विवाह होने के आधार पर उनके संबंधित संवर्गों से पंजाब संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
