In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Nagaland and Uttar Pradesh the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Abhisek Prakash, IAS (NL:06) from Nagaland to Uttar Pradesh cadre on the ground of marriage to Ms. Aditi Singh, IAS (UP:09).
