This notification announces the transfer of Abhishek Prakash, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the Nagaland cadre (06), to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. This transfer is based on his marriage to Aditi Singh, also an IAS officer from the Uttar Pradesh cadre (09). The decision is made by the Central Government under Rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of the Nagaland and Uttar Pradesh governments. The notification is dated May 27, 2011.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा नागालैण्ड और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, श्री अभिषेक प्रकाश, भा0प्र0से0 (नागालैण्ड : 06) का सुश्री अदिति सिंह, भा0प्र0से0, (उ0प्र0: 09) के साथ विवाह होने के आधार पर नागालैण्ड संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
