The Government of India, through the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, has officially approved the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Temjenwapang Ao, an Indian Administrative Service officer from the Orissa cadre. He will now serve in the Nagaland cadre for a period of five years, starting from the date he assumes charge, or until further orders are issued. This decision was made in accordance with Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the agreement of the Governments of Orissa and Nagaland. Copies of this notification have been forwarded to various state officials and departments for necessary action, including informing the Accountant General of Nagaland to ensure pay is not drawn beyond the approved deputation period. The officer has also been reminded of the disciplinary actions and break in service he may face if he fails to hand over charge at the end of his deputation.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Orissa and Nagaland, the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Shri Temjenwapang Ao, IAS (OR:2000) from Orissa cadre to Nagaland cadre for a period of five years from date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
