This notification announces the extension of the inter-cadre deputation for Shri Mhabung Kithan, an IAS officer from the Haryana cadre, to the Nagaland cadre. The extension is for a period of two years and eight months, commencing from May 16, 2011, and will continue until January 2014, or until his retirement date, whichever comes first. This decision has been made by the Central Government under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of the Nagaland government. The notification is dated July 29, 2011.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और नागालैंड सरकार की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार श्री महाधुंग किथन, भ्रा.प्र.से. (हरियाणा:86) की हरियाणा से नागालैंड संवर्ग में अंतर संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति को 16.05.2011 से आगे दो वर्ष और आठ महीने की अवधि के लिए अर्थात् जनवरी, 2014 में उनकी अधिवर्षिता की तारीख तक बढ़ाने हेतु एतद्दहारा अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
