This notification announces the transfer of Ms. Shilpa Shinde, an IAS officer from the Rajasthan cadre, to the AGMUT cadre. The transfer is based on her marriage to Shri Sachin Shinde, who is also an IAS officer in the AGMUT cadre. This decision was made in accordance with the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Rajasthan and the Ministry of Home Affairs. The notification is to be published in the Gazette of India, Part I, Section II, and copies have been forwarded to various authorities including the Chief Secretaries of Rajasthan and the Ministry of Home Affairs, as well as the Accountant Generals of Rajasthan and AGMUT cadre.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the
Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of
the Government of Rajasthan and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central
Government hereby transfers Ms. Shilpa Shinde, IAS (RJ:06) from Rajasthan
to AGMUT cadre on the ground of marriage to Shri Sachin Shinde, IAS
(AGMUT:08).
