This notification announces the transfer of two Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, Shri Rajan Vishal and Ms. Archana Singh, from their respective cadres (Manipur-Tripura and Gujarat) to the Rajasthan cadre. These transfers are made effective as per Rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of the Central Government and the governments of Manipur-Tripura, Gujarat, and Rajasthan. The transfers are based on the grounds of marriage.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा, गुजरात और राजस्थान सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा श्री राजन विशाल, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा : 08) और सुश्री अर्चना सिंह, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (गुजरात : 08) को विवाह के आधार पर उनके संबंधित संवर्गों से राजस्थान संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है ।
