This notification announces the approval of inter-cadre deputation for Ms. Nidhi Kesarwani of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). With the consent of the Manipur-Tripura Government and the Uttar Pradesh Government, the Central Government has approved her deputation from the Manipur-Tripura cadre to the Uttar Pradesh cadre for a period of five years from the date of assuming charge, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The notification is issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, and dated September 16, 2011. It is intended for publication in the Gazette of India.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा सरकार तथा उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की सहमति से, केद्रीय सरकार सुश्री निधि केसरवानी, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (एमटी:04) की मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, अंतर संवर्ग प्रतिनियुक्ति का एतदद्वारा अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है ।
