Dr. S. Prabakharan, IAS(TN) appointed to the Indian Administrative
Service vide Notification No. 14015/21/2013-AIS (1)-B dated 27th December,
2013 has been permitted to change his name from Dr. S. Prabakharan to
Dr. S.Prabhakar. He will accordingly be recognised as Dr. S.Prabhakar for
all official purposes.
