In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Haryana and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Parth Gupta, IAS (AGMUT:13) from AGMUT cadre to Haryana cadre on the grounds of marriage to Ms Astha Modi, IPS(HY:13).
