The Central Government has officially approved the pre-mature repatriation of Dr. Nidhi Pandey, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, from the Uttarakhand cadre back to her parent cadre in Maharashtra. This approval, granted under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Uttarakhand government, is effective from July 14, 2015, and is considered on an ex-post facto basis. The notification was published in the Gazette of India, Part I, Section II.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Uttarakhand, the Central Government hereby accords approval for pre-mature repatriation of Dr. Nidhi Pandey, IAS (MH:01) from Uttarakhand cadre to her parent cadre Maharashtra with effect from 14.07.2015 on ex-post facto basis.
