This action is taken in accordance with Rule 7(2)(c) of the All India Services (Leave) Rules, 1955. राष्ट्रपति, यह निदेश देते हैं कि श्री अतुल बगई, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के (उ.प्र; 1983 संवर्ग) सदस्य द्वारा अखिल भारतीय सेवा (छुट्टी) नियमावली, 1955 के नियम 7(2)(ग) के अनुसार दिनांक 24.08 .2005 से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा से त्यागपत्र दिया हुआ समझा जाता है।
